Club del Parco

By joining the Club del Parco you immediately receive 500 Punti del Parco as a welcome bonus — equivalent to CHF 5.00 off your next order over CHF 5. With every purchase in the online shop, you earn Punti del Parco according to your tier. 100 Punti del Parco equal CHF 1 discount, redeemable at checkout.

The Club del Parco is organised in three levels. Your tier membership is determined by your cumulative spending in the last 12 months in the online shop, automatically recalculated every night.

Tier thresholds are reviewed annually (every January) to ensure they remain achievable and consistent with the average use of the programme.

During the first year of the programme (until 30 April 2027) all active members earn at 5%, regardless of tier. From 1 May 2027 the final 3-tier structure shown above takes effect — members who have meanwhile reached Plus or Premium keep their rate (or improve it), guaranteed.

You earn Punti del Parco on all online-shop products: supplements, cosmetics, parapharmacy, OTC medicines (Swiss category D/E), wound care, baby care. Prescription medicines dispensed in the physical pharmacy do not generate points, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Swiss Therapeutic Products Act (TPA) and the Ordinance on Integrity and Transparency in the Therapeutic Products Sector (OITTP, SR 812.214.31), which prohibits material benefits on prescription medicines reimbursed by the compulsory health insurance.

Premium-tier members receive a personal gift from Farmacia del Parco in the month of their birthday, shipped free of charge to the address on file. The option can only be activated by explicit opt-in from your profile, by entering your date of birth and shipping address. Without your express consent, you will not receive any gift and we will not process your date of birth.

• Minimum redemption: 500 Punti del Parco (= CHF 5.00) at checkout.
• Points expire after 24 months of inactivity (no purchase, no redemption). Even a minimal purchase resets the counter.
• Points are not convertible into cash, not assignable nor transferable, and are valid exclusively as a discount on future orders in the Farmacia del Parco online shop.
• In case of return, the points earned on the relevant order are reversed.
• The programme is reserved for natural persons resident in Switzerland with a valid customer profile in the online shop.

The management of Punti del Parco requires the processing of personal data under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023). Date of birth and gift shipping address are collected exclusively with explicit opt-in, separate from programme registration, and used solely for the purposes described on this page. You can export, modify or delete your data at any time from your customer profile (opens in a new tab). Deleting the profile results in the loss of the Punti del Parco balance.

Farmacia del Parco reserves the right to amend programme parameters (accrual rates, tier thresholds, redemption rules) with 30 days' notice communicated by email to members. Points already accumulated at the time of an amendment are guaranteed at the original rate for redemption.
