You can order non-prescription products online and have them delivered to your home — Switzerland-wide via Swiss Post.

For prescription medicines (Cat. A and B), postal shipment is currently not possible; they must be picked up in the pharmacy. For customers in Lugano and surroundings, we can arrange tailored delivery solutions on request — just call us.

For patients taking multiple medications, we prepare weekly pill organizers: every tablet in the right slot, on the right day, at the right time. A service we have offered since 2020, especially appreciated by chronic patients, the elderly and their caregivers.

To activate the service we require a short in-person conversation — please bring the prescription or the up-to-date list of your medications.

Quick blood glucose measurement directly at the pharmacy — useful for follow-up in diabetic patients, for prevention, or simply for reassurance after a stressful period.

The measurement takes about 5 minutes, is performed in our Spazio Salute (a dedicated, private consulting area active since 2011) and costs a few francs. In case of abnormal values, we help you define the next steps and refer you to your doctor.

Free blood pressure measurement at the pharmacy. Hypertension is one of the leading cardiovascular risk factors and often remains silent for years — regular monitoring is simple, fast and decisive.

We recommend at least one measurement per year after age 40, more frequent in the presence of risk factors (overweight, diabetes, smoking, family history). Our team also advises you on choosing a home blood pressure monitor.

Rapid antigen test and self-tests for SARS-CoV-2 available at the pharmacy. The rapid test is performed by our team, results are available in about 15 minutes. On request we can also issue the corresponding certificate.
