Quality management

Farmacia del Parco SA operates a documented Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with the requirements for public pharmacies in the Canton of Ticino. The QMS covers, among other things: defined responsibilities, controlled document management, recall and pharmacovigilance procedures, complaint handling, staff training, and regular internal audits. Our goal is the consistent compliance with quality and safety standards in the pharmaceutical care we provide to our patients and customers.

The online shop complements the physical pharmacy and falls within the same quality framework. Postal shipment of medicines (under Art. 27 TPA) requires a separate cantonal authorization; until it is granted, medicines are available exclusively for in-store pickup.
