Swiss federally certified pharmacist with FPH specialization in community pharmacy. Responsible pharmacist, registered with the Ufficio del farmacista cantonale (DSS Ticino). She carries pharmaceutical responsibility for the pharmacy and the online shop.

Graduate engineer of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH Zürich), Robotics & Medical Engineering, with master's thesis carried out in collaboration with Harvard Medical School under Prof. Conor Walsh (rehabilitation robotics). In 2023 he took over Farmacia del Parco from his sister Alicia Rossi-Riva. Responsible for the entire company strategy and for the long-term vision that will carry the pharmacy through the coming generations, he leads the development of all technologies (online shop, iOS and Android apps) along with the logistics, industrial and strategic partnerships across the pharmacy's entire network of partners.

As the public face of Farmacia del Parco, he is the direct point of contact: for any concern about the pharmacy's service, or any proposal for collaboration or partnership.

With over 25 years of experience at Farmacia del Parco, she guides customers with expertise in dermocosmetics, mother-and-child products and phytotherapy.

With 20 years of experience at Farmacia del Parco, she supports the team in sales, weekly pill organizer preparation and stock management.

In training for two years at Farmacia del Parco, she is specializing in counter advice and the follow-up of chronic patients.

With over 30 years of experience as a pharmacist, he supports customers and the team at the counter and in the logistics of online orders.
